“Sometimes I just feel jerked around”

Sometimes feeling jerked around by different aspects of ourself? Let’s get to know some unwelcome guests to our table. They’re already present in our lives, so let’s take the time to understand them, listen to what they say, and learn why they keep sending us these messages.

 Let me introduce you to “The Critic” and “The Judge”! Both of these figures are characterized by their anxiousness and insecurities, yet they frequently take center stage in our lives, influencing our thoughts and feelings. The Critic and the Judge both reside within our Committee Suit, which is the psychological suite in our Deck of SoulCollage®. These figures represent important “parts of us” that reflect our inner dialogue and self-perception.

Some of you are new to SoulCollage® and have begun creating cards but still have questions about how they can influence your life. Others have been using cards for a while but have hesitated to create what some call a “negative card,” such as The Critic or The Judge. Some believe it's important to “know your enemy.”

 Join me for a 2-hour workshop where we will intentionally create these cards, explore their purpose in our lives. We can join forces with them to help them become a more positive influence in our lives.

This workshop will meet virtually for 2 hours with time for learning, discussion and card-making. Bring the cards you have made, card-making material and an open mind to learn more about who is in your Committee Suit of your life.
