Sometimes feeling jerked around by different aspects of ourself? Let’s get to know some unwelcome guests to our table. They’re already present in our lives, so let’s take the time to understand them, listen to what they say, and learn why they keep sending us these messages.
Let me introduce you to “The Critic” and “The Judge”! Both of these figures are characterized by their anxiousness and insecurities, yet they frequently take center stage in our lives, influencing our thoughts and feelings. The Critic and the Judge both reside within our Committee Suit, which is the psychological suite in our Deck of SoulCollage®. These figures represent important “parts of us” that reflect our inner dialogue and self-perception.
Some of you are new to SoulCollage® and have begun creating cards but still have questions about how they can influence your life. Others have been using cards for a while but have hesitated to create what some call a “negative card,” such as The Critic or The Judge. Some believe it's important to “know your enemy.”
Join me for a 2-hour workshop where we will intentionally create these cards, explore their purpose in our lives. We can join forces with them to help them become a more positive influence in our lives.
This workshop will meet virtually for 2 hours with time for learning, discussion and card-making. Bring the cards you have made, card-making material and an open mind to learn more about who is in your Committee Suit of your life.

Letting Go: A Transitional Necessity for Change
Letting go is a transitional necessity for change to occur. We experience letting go or as some call it “loss” throughout our lifetime. Even at birth we let go of the cozy uterus that does all of our needed tasks effortlessly – but then there is life on the “other side”. You can’t be born of you don’t let go of the uterus!
Letting Go is a theme throughout our life. This workshop will focus on the process of letting go and the wisdom within. Your cards have much to reveal about your current letting go process.
This 2 hour virtual workshop will draw us together as we use our cards to focus on your selected letting go situation. Your card readings will guide you towards new insights and more hopeful creativity and peace.

Exploring the Suits of the SoulCollage® Deck: The Companion Suit
The Companion Suit draws images from the animal kingdom that represent the 7 energy centers in our body often referred to as chakras. Each of you will have a uniquely set of companions to support you on your journey. Through meditation, imagination and intuition they will reveal themselves to you. Cards are then created for each chakra energy center. We will not discover all 7 companions at this workshop. Our time together is designed to help you begin and explore the Companion parts of “self”. These Companions reveal themselves to you over time and in meditation from your intuition.

The counsel suit I find to be more mysterious and tends to take discovery time to identify them and be introduced. However, once you have discovered them they offer great guidance and wisdom. These netters, energies or archetypes glimpses into how we are woven into the larger story.

During the four Wednesdays in July and one in August we will explore each of the four suites of the SoulCollage® Deck:

We will start with the Committee Suite, the parts of our personality that show up as our committee. Not everyone comes to the table every day. Some get along with each other. Some argue and cause drama. Some are critical causing doubt and guilt. Are you ready? Let’s go meet some of them!
Let the magic begin! I will guide you safely on this journey. Creating space for your intuition to speak, guidelines for creating your cards and a safe community for you to share with.
Bring images that you are drawn to, along with images of backgrounds that speak to you.
Bring your 5x8 cards, glue stick and scissors and we will explore.

Embracing Self With SoulCollage®

I find it easy to embrace a friend or someone I love. But can I embrace myself in that same way? Totally shower myself with an embrace that says I love you unconditionally, just the way you are.

There are three cards called Transpersonal Cards in the SoulCollage® Deck that represent presence but do not speak.
Witness Card- SoulEssence Card - Source Card
While the cards in the suites represents the many parts of us, Transpersonal Cards represent the larger picture - The Oneness - of which we are a part. Our Source Card represents this aspect. There is a spark of Source that is your individual Soul. Our SoulEssence Card is a representation of your soul. Your consciousness is represented by the Witness Card.
Underneath the personal diversity of our Neters and the world’s complexity exists Oneness, a Mystery out of which these forms arise and back into which they return.. (Seena Frost, Soul Collage Evolving, pg 11)
